With the information you give me, I will determine in general the service I can offer you and tell you what we can work together when I contact you back.
I will send you a written collaboration proposal with several detailed points so that you know clearly what my consulting, advice or collaboration with you consists of. It is just a proposal that does not commit you to anything and helps us define details.
3. Free advice of 20 minutes without obligation
In this call of 20 minutes maximum we will give each other a voice, you will tell me about your idea, project or requirement and we will begin to assess what both parties need.
I will give you basic advice, ideas and concepts that will help you better define your needs.
I will appreciate if your requirement meets the characteristics to give you the service and thus work together.
4. Face-to-face or remote appointment
I take projects and advice very seriously, so I dedicate time and accompaniment to my clients, this means that in my personalized services I attend only 3 projects at the same time.

6. Do I really need consulting to start my project?
The idea of the business is yours, you already have it. Also the money to invest and start your project. However, you want to be sure where to start, what processes are the most important, what talent you should hire (or not) or how to organize the one you already have so that the tasks are not repeated or even worse, something is left out without having been considered and that affects your results. 7. Does the consultancy assure me of the success of my project?

My consulting services are not limited to giving you advice or preparing a document, they go beyond that with the implementation of what we work, the assistance added to your staff, orientation to your collaborators, training when required and integration.
If it is a person-to-person advice, I will work with you to achieve the final document and accompany you in the process you are in.
10. How does the guarantee of your work apply?
Both parties will sign a Professional Service Agreement where all the details are included, scope of the service, the deliverables and the specific guarantee we give.
In this document we will set the duration, considerations, payment method and delivery of the corresponding tax receipts, among several other details that will give you certainty and confidence that you are working with professionals.
